Babies and Daddies,
Energy cannot be seen.
This does NOT mean it is IMAGINARY by any means. It merely unseen. Yet it is what our true nature is at it's core. It is the fundamental nature of the Game-seen.
Siddhartha Gautama, Player Saint known as the Buddha, understood this fundamental aspect of the Game 3,000 years ago. Albert Einstein and modern Quantum Physicists are figuring it out nowadays. Everyone else is in a fog of ignorance. Intellectual Squares.
So as it turns out, the material world is the imaginary world. It exists momentarily and then disappears. We perceive the "real world" by our LIMITED senses, and we project an incomplete and imperfect picture in our minds about what we assume is real. The truth remains hidden from us.
Yet energy always is, always has been, and always will be. Everything is made of energy. Einstein calls it E=mc^2, which basically means everything is made of energy.
Buddha recognized the illusion of apparent reality as "Maya." In the Wheel of Life, our suffering occurs when we try to hold on to the illusions and try to grasp for permanence. We frustrate ourselves when we try to hold on to a moment of pleasure because it flees immediately after it exists. And we equally torture ourselves by constantly thinking about our painful experiences from the past, and therefore relive them. The lesson for us as Player Saints here is learning to let go.
Never rest on your past laurels. Focus constantly on new goals. Never get too comfortable. And don't take anything personal.
It's important to understand the nature of Energy because therein lies the secret to all happiness and key to eliminate pain as well.
